All orders are shipped within 5 calendar days via United States Postal Service, First Class or Priority Mail. We will notify you via email if the shipment will be delayed due to product shortages, etc.
Returns
Pleasanton Candle Co. takes pride in providing our customers with the finest in hand poured candles and handcrafted products. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or gift, you may return your products within 30 days for an exchange, credit or refund. Shipping is not included.
All items must be in salable condition and be accompanied by a receipt or packing slip for a refund to be issued.
